Introduction:
The hole opener is made of tough heat treated alloy steel for maximum strength. Cutter arms, equipped with removable cutter, are hardfaced and welded on body. Cutters are available in three types: type SM for soft to medium formation, type MH for medium to hard formation and type XH for hard formation. The hole openers have three or six jet tubes with replaceable nozzles, so that jet streams quickly clean the enlarged hole. Our Tungsten carbide insert teeth (TCI ) Steel tooth cone reamers are promptly manufactured, we also custom manufacture reamers according to customers’ special request. The Custom manufactured reamers’ OD are between 220mm to 1600mm. According to the features of drilling machine and different methane condition. We adopt more suitable tooth type, bearing structure, sealing type and angle of inclination of paws. water cutting, good sand returning can effectively reduce sand gathering, cones are made of hot-coating-anti-waring alloy reducing wearing. Unique anti-falling design of cones prevent the accident caused by falling cones which is leaded by bearing damage. Perfect welding process prevents the damage to sealing and bearing system because of over beat. The bit body adopts spiral design with good stabilizing and sand returning performance to improve hole opening speed reducing repeating rock breaking of cones. This type of tooth mainly applied in the methane whose hardness in under 100 MPA-140MP.

2. The bit bearing is an unsealed roller bearing.
3. The edge of the shirt is welded and the carbide insert is pressed into the outer diameter of the head.
4. The surface of the cone gauge is strengthened with cemented carbide.

The perfect welding process prevents damage to the seal and bearing system due to over-jumping. The bit body adopts a spiral design, which has good performance of stable sand return, improves the opening speed, and reduces the repeated rock breaking by the cone.
