VA-MC-3A-1 controller is a professional electronic control unit designed for mobile construction machinery, aiming to achieve efficient motion control, intelligent fault diagnosis and personalized function customization, so as to improve the performance and safety level of engineering machinery. VA-MC-3A-1 controller fully considers the harsh working environment of outdoor mobile vehicles, has excellent adaptability for wide temperature, high humidity, strong corrosion and large vibration, the environmental test standard of the whole machine is subject to GB / T 2423; electromagnetic compatibility is based on GB / T 17626; has high protection grade (IP 67); can be widely used in excavation machinery, construction machinery, pavement machinery, lifting machinery, logging machinery, agricultural machinery, drilling machinery, sanitation machinery and other fields. VA-MC-3A-1 has multi-channel input and output function and can be configured according to user needs. The rich programmable multiplexing ports ensure the compatibility and flexibility of the control system. In the input signal section, VA-MC-3A-1 can collect analog voltage, current, resistance signals, and switching signals and frequency signals, which have corresponding protection circuits to prevent overvoltage and electrical interference. Among them, the frequency signal acquisition circuit can collect a variety of signals such as standard rectangular wave, standard sine wave, sine wave with the amplitude deviation, sine wave with the peak value change, which has wide application, high reliability and strong anti-interference. The output port includes switch volume output and pulse width modulation output (PWM), with the overcurrent protection function, no intermediate relay, can directly drive the ordinary solenoid valve; In the PPWWM, the port has the current detection function, which can effectively realize the closed loop control of constant current output and solenoid. WMCC-3A provides 2-channel CAN bus interface and 1-channel RS232 interface for bus communication. The CAN bus interface supports CAN 2.0 A / B. RS232 The interface can be used for program download, debugging, and data monitoring. SWMC-3A provides users with rich power support, providing 5v and 12v power supply for sensors and potentiometers.
