Gravity Rolling Pallet Racking also know as Gravity rack systems are high density pallet storage systems that utilize depth to increase capacity. This system uses a slightly inclined rail with rollers that allow pallets to move easily along the sloped plane. These systems are also called gravity flow or dynamic flow systems.
The rack system uses frame and beams as basic structure, then make the roller system bolted in the beams, which are easy installation and easy adjustment.
The upright frame are clip-in configuration which are easy assembly and disassembly. All material are high quality cold-rolled steel with high strength, good rigidity and load capacity. The ground and frame are connecting by expansion bolts to enhance the stability.
The roller sytem are equipped with seperator divice and damper divice to ensure the pallet sloping safely.

Q: What is the standard sizes for your racks? Could you produce according to customers’ design?
A: We can make customized sizes as per your requirements, so basically our shelves are belong to non-standard products. Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.
Q: What are main rack and add on rack?
A: The difference of these two kinds of racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and add on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there is 10 racks along the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.
