Gravity Rolling Pallet Racking
1. Gravity Rolling Pallet Racking also know as Gravity rack systems are high density pallet storage systems that utilize depth to increase capacity. This system uses a slightly inclined rail with rollers that allow pallets to move easily along the sloped plane. These systems are also called gravity flow or dynamic flow systems. It's a FIFO storage system that can utilization the capacity up to 90%.
2. The rack system uses frame and beams as basic structure, then make the roller system bolted in the beams, which are easy installation and easy adjustment.
3. The upright frame are clip-in configuration which are easy assembly and disassembly. All material are high quality cold-rolled steel with high strength, good rigidity and load capacity. The ground and frame are connecting by expansion bolts to enhance the stability.
4. The roller sytem are equipped with seperator divice and damper divice to ensure the pallet sloping safely.
Warehouse gravity racking
By using alumal or steel roller rail system and under the influence of gravity,first in and first out for the goods is implemented.it's convenient to access and suitable for places such as the two sides of the assembly lines distribution centers and etc.
