The air flow pipe dryer is mainly composed of air heater, feeder, airflow drying tube, cyclone separator, fan, and several important parts.
Due to the high airflow velocity, material dispersion, the entire surface of the material can be used as the drying area, so the drying area increases, and at the same time, due to the dispersal and agitation during drying, the gasification surface is constantly renewed, so the intensity of the drying heat transfer process, drying time is short, the contact time between the material and the air is short, the drying time is generally 0.5 to 5 seconds, for heat-sensitive or low-voltage dryer, the drying time is generally 0.5 to 5 seconds. Melting point does not cause overheating or decomposition that could affect the quality of the material.
