Technology Process of 2 Different Block Size in 1 Moulded Wood Pallet Block Machine:
There are four main sections in the whole process of the sawdust pressed block machine.
1. Raw material preparation section
Chipping, crushing and drying the raw material to prepare the following section. The raw materials are 5 mm in the length, 5 mm in the width, 200 mm in the height, and the moisture content is less than 12%.
2. Mixing glue section
Mixing the dried materials with glue evenly.
3. Extruding section

4. Cutting section.

Pallet block sizes are 80*80 mm, 90*90 mm, 100*100 mm, 90*120 mm, 140*140 mm and 120*80 mm, and so on according to the inlet fork height of the forklift. If you have special requirements, we could customize them, while it is in the range from 75 mm to 145 mm. Moulded pallet block consists of sawdust made of natural conifers and processed wood waste. The blocks are manufactured by compressing wood chips under high pressure and temperature. The result is high-quality wood.
