There are two main workshop sections: raw material preparation and pressure forming section.
The first workshop section: raw material preparation
1. Raw material

2. Crushing
Crushing equipment is wood chipping machine and wood crushing machine.
Wood crushing machine is to get the perfect shape for pallet machine, with a nail-removing device.
Wood chipping machine cuts the raw materials into chips, and then the crushing machine crushes to shavings or small chips.
3. Drying
To dry the moisture of raw materials.
4. Mixing
To mix the dried materials with glue.
The glue is UF (urea-formaldehyde) or PF (phenol-formaldehyde).
The ratio of the raw material to glue is 85:15.

The second workshop section: pressing section
The pressing section is the core part of the whole production line, and the machine is presswood pallet making machine.
