Precipitated silica of Specifications
Silica(White carbon Black) is the general name for white powdered form of silicic acid and silicates, we are a professional manufacturer of Precipitated Silica for rubber and tyre industry. Silica is a porous material, it is composition is SiO2.nH2O.widely used as the Active Filler of natural rubber and synthetic rubber in Rubber&tyre industry.
As a kind of additive and auxiliary material, Silica also used in feed, medicine, food, dope, paint, plastics, chemical articles of daily use and other industries.
As a active filler, Silica is to replace carbon black for reinforcing in color rubber products, meeting the demand of white or translucent products. It can improve the mechanical properties, wear resistance, thermal properties and oil resistance of the rubber products.
Silica with better reinforcing, it can improve the strong stretching intensity, resisting avulsion intensity resisting avulsion intensity, abrasion character and elasticity of rubber products. So even for black rubber products, Silica can replace part of the carbon black, in order to obtain high quality rubber mechanical properties, especially tyre manufactory radial tyre, engineering tyre, cross-country tyre, etc.
In the natural rubber or synthetic rubber adhesive, Silica has high transparency and good mechanical properties, provides thixotropy and reinforcing performance, can greatly improve the vulcanized rubber tensile strength and abrasion resistance, and its malleability can improve the adhesion force also.

Precipitated silica of Packing: 15kg/bag, 20kg/bag,300kg/bag,400kg/bag.the inner with plastics film bag and the outer with plastics-applied weaving bag.
Package and Storage
Package: Plastic woven bags with inner plastic bag, 25kgs per package. Also we can use other reasonable package to meet customers’ requirements.
Storage: keep in the shady, cool, adequately ventilated and dry place;the temperature should be kept under 40℃, keep away from alkaline, amine, and direct sunlight; Fire prevention, thermal prevention and moisture proof.
