Q. Are you a direct factory?
A. Yes, we are a factory. We have been engaged in this industry for 10 years. We have independent research and development and have a professional team with strong design ability and rich management experience.
Q. What’s the main function of the products?
A. It is widely used in restaurants, hotels, bedrooms, meeting rooms, school dining rooms, coffee shops and bars.
Q. Can you send a sample for our reference?
A. As usual, we send samples at retail price with shipping paid by the buyer, but will refund the cost of the product when there is a firm order.
Q. How many models MIX and MOQ?
A. In order to guarantee our delivery time, we suggest that a container can be mixed up to 4 models, and the order quantity of the same color and the same model is at least 50 pieces.
Q. What about the leading time for bulk production?
A. Actually, it depends on the order quantity and the products, usually our leading time is about 35- 45days after the order confirmed. The lead time for a new product is approximately 60 days.
Q. What's your payment term?
A. EXW price, T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment from the factory).
