1. Are you a direct factory?
Yes, as a factory, we have been engaged in this industry for 10 years and have a professional team with strong design capabilities and rich management experience.
2. What’s the main function of the products?
Widely used in restaurants, hotels, bedrooms, meeting rooms, school dining halls, cafes and bars.
3. Can you send a sample for our reference?
As usual, customers will need to purchase samples and pay for shipping up front, but will be refunded the cost of the product when a firm order is available.
4. How many models MIX and MOQ?
In order to guarantee our delivery, we recommend mixing up to 4 models in one container, with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces of the same color and style.
5. What about the leading time for bulk production?
The delivery time depends on the quantity and products of the order, usually our delivery time is about 35-45 days after the order confirmation. The delivery time for new products is approximately 60 days.
6. What's your payment term?
EXW price, T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment from the factory).
