Brief Introduction
The YIJIU automatic gyroscopic mixer YJ-2A-02 is works on the theory that the table revolve around the shaft meanwhile rotate on their axes with the character of high-efficiency , high-speed .
The mixer is specially designed for points of sale color mixing application as well as for semi-industrial applications.
It has been designed to meet the demand of the retail markets with a reduced clamping clearance and for the professional market with a maximum clamping clearance of 400mm.
Features
Mixing time setting: 15 second to 9 min 45 second (If special requirement,please tell us which time you want when place the order).
Inverter control the clamping force and intelligent identify the paint drum size and weight to give the correct mixing speed. Speed: 100r/min for small drum, 150r/min for big drum.
3The nether clamping plate can be pulled out, easy for loading the big and heavy paint drum on it.
Safelock on the door, machine stop working when the door is open, make operation more safe. Error alarm when wrong operation.
The top cover can be opened, easy for repairing or replace parts. With wheel under the bottom, convinient to move the mixer machine.

1. What's the max mixing ability? 20L, 35 kg, 5 US gallon 2. Can it be used for other liquid except paint? yes, any liquid chemicals
3. Which types of drums can be used for mixer? Round or Square both OK, but the upper and bottom should be flat. 4.Can it adjust time and speed? yes, Time: 15S , 30S , 45S...9mins 45s Speed: two levels, low speed for big cans and high speed for small cans.
5. How many motor in the machines? Two, one clamping motor, one rotating motor

TERMS OF WARRANTY
Limited Warranty: We offer a period of one year warranty for each equipment. Within guarantee period, we can help you judge the fault according to the failure phenomenon by E-mail. and send replacement part to you. If the fault has been caused by mis-use or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed at a normal cost in this case. An estimate will be submitted before repair work is started in case requested.
The user must keep the machine in a proper working condition. Broken parts and accessories must be replaced.with original appropriative parts of the machine.
The manufacturer's warranty expires under below conditions: Twelve months after date of invoicing; In case of inexpert use; In case of non-original spare parts are used; In case of repairing/adaptation of the machine without written approval and/ or by unauthorized personnel; In case of non-fulfillment of the maintenance, operation or other instructions reflected in this manual.
