Ⅲ. Mechanical Character

u With the improving of jointing and one piece design of frame makes machine more steady, solid, and also vails for preventing anti-jamming.

Having analysis
Intensify AD converting to improving the anti-jamming.
High accuracy: Using high standard HBM sensor makes accuracy highly improved.
Special designed V shape feeding pan to control the fluidity of product and improve the combination accuracy and probability.
Step motor be installed on side of actuator shorten the center distance from product to sensor. Compare to traditional step motor, it can better control the effect to sensor when open and close of hopper lead to vibration. Reduced the undulate of numerical value when sensor come into final weight. Highly ensured the weighing accuracy.
IP65 waterproof and dustproof design, one piece waterproof cover and new design rubber cover highly improved the waterproof ability,. Totally closed design makes easy to clean.
Double support post easily adjust the upper storage funnel.
Reduced design: Lower the falling height and short the length of discharge chute.
Small volume: 0.5L hopper makes whole volume of machine lessened much.
