When the goods shipment, we will send the shipping advice to you at our first time.
After the ship sails, we will make all the documents for you to handle customs clearance, and then confirm with you by e-mail.
Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you in advance by 7 days.

When we know the carton style, dimensions, paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
2. what can we do if we don't know the specific material of waxed carton box
You can contact and tell us the information about the packaged product,quantity per carton and your requirements, we have professional designer who can design what you need.Of course, If we received your sample,we can accurately know your request with less time.
3. How long We can received my products
After confirmed the details of order, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your custom designed and printed products.
4. How many quantities are the minimum order
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, the unit price will be not worth if your order quantity is too small. It is recommended for you to order a 40HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
