a) Raw material control
Our raw material suppliers are controlled and selected by the procurement department at all levels. When the suppliers deliver the raw materials to our company, we will have a professional ipqc to inspect the raw materials: raw material tensile test, adhesion test, high and low temperature test. Only after the raw materials pass the inspection can they enter the next production process.
b) Workshop
Production process: During the production process, our quality inspectors and production personnel will also strictly control the production process. During the production process, we have a professional qc responsible for the preparation work of the inspection staff before production, checking customer documents and samples, and assisting the captain in discovering defective products during production.
