The eco friendly disposable cups lids are made from sugarcane pulp, the common size of cup lids are dia 80mm and dia 90mm. Sugarcane pulp is tree-free, derived from renewable resources known as "bagasse". Bagasse is a by-product of sugarcane when juice is extracted from sugar cane. Majority of the time, bagasse is burned in the open air to avoid wastage and where possible used fro renewable power plant to generate electricity. Use the sugarcane bagasse material to produce tableware, can avoide air pollution happen.
