Digital blood pressure monitors can either be automatic, which inflates the cuff and takes the reading automatically, or manual, which requires the user to inflate the cuff and then press a button to take the reading.
How can I measure my blood pressure to get accurate results?

2.Place the cuff on the left arm above the elbow so that the edge is about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above the elbow joint and the tube is in the middle of the arm.
3.Raise the palm of your left hand and place your elbow on a table or flat surface. Sit upright and relax, do not move or talk, and breathe regularly.
