Check the work before use

3. The brake should be sensitive and reliable.

Introduction:

Safe operation rules:
1. Winch operators must be familiar with the performance, structure and operation method of the machine;
2. Before operation, check whether the ground anchor and hook of the winch are firm, and check whether the brake is sensitive and reliable.Whether the exposed belt, gear and other transmission devices and protective cover are complete;
3. Wire rope arrangement should be neat, in the process of putting flat car, at least 3~5 rings should be retained on the drum, the degree of wear of wire rope does not exceed 10%, the wire rope through the pulley can not have joints;
4. The hoist shall be used and maintained by a special person, and the ground line shall be checked frequently to see if it is in good condition. In case of leakage of electrical equipment or other faults, it shall be reported to the monitor in time.Not to repair without authorization;
5. No one is allowed to cross the wire rope;
6. Check whether the controller is flexible and reliable once a week;
7. In case of power failure during operation, the power supply should be cut off.
8. After the operation, cut off the power supply and lock the switch box.
