Maintenance

1. Lubrication

The working performance and life of crane mechanism depend on lubrication to a great extent.

When lubrication, the maintenance of mechanical and electrical products, lubrication refer to their own instructions, walking carts, heavy derrick cars should be filled with grease once a week.

2. Wire rope

Attention should be paid to the situation of broken wire rope.

3. Sling

The spreader must be checked regularly.

4. Pulley block

Mainly check the wear of rope groove, whether the flange is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

5. The wheel

Check the flange and tread regularly and replace the wheel when the wear or crack of the flange reaches 10% thickness.

When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread is more than D/600, or when there is a serious scar on the tread, the car should be cleaned up again.

6. Brakes

Each shift should be inspected once.

Brake action should be accurate, the pin shaft must not be stuck.

Brake shoes should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the gap of brake shoes should be equal when releasing the brake
