Classification & Application:
1. Lifting electromagnets for lifting steel plates: The lifting electromagnets for lifting steel plates are specially designed for lifting medium and thick steel plates. Make the lifting operation safe, accurate and fast. Considering that the long steel plate may be bent and deformed and affect safe handling, it is necessary to use multiple electromagnets in combination when lifting long steel plates. For medium and thick plates (6mm to 32mm), the distance between the electromagnets should be 3 to 4 meters more, and the length of the overhanging parts at both ends should be half of the distance.
According to the number of lifting sheets, it is divided into two categories: light and heavy. The light type is suitable for medium and heavy plate factories, shipyards and machinery factories. It adopts the magnetic adjustment control method and can lift one or a certain number of steel plates. Heavy-duty is suitable for handling as many sheets as possible at one time. In addition, according to user requirements, it can also design and manufacture high-temperature products for lifting and transporting steel plates below 700 °C.
2. Lifting electromagnets for profiles and billets: Lifting electromagnets for profiles and billets are widely used rectangular electromagnets, which are mainly suitable for lifting heavy steel such as billets, large steel ingots and large blooms. It can also be used for lifting round billets, shaped steel, etc. For different types of steel, the equipment adopts different magnetic circuit designs. It can generate a very large magnetic permeability in a narrow adsorption area, and it is not necessary to adjust the suction force according to the deformation or distortion of the hanging piece. Precautions:
1. The surface of the electromagnetic chuck should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratches.
2. No serious bumps are allowed, so as not to affect the accuracy.
