Product Description:
Electric magnetic crane, It is special crane with electromagnetic disk, special used in metallury and mechanism factory load and unload metallic materials such as steel plate,scrap iron,and so on.
It is an heavy duty crane with working grade A6, cabin control , crane weight including electromagnetic disk dead weight.
Beam:
QC model Double Girder Overhead Electromagnetic Crane, the main beam and end beam boxed type with ISO standard.Steel plate material Q235B/Q345B
CNC cutting for complete steel plate, with high surface flatness and accuracy.
National standard 24#38#43#adapted for cross travel rail.
High quality automatic welding and NDT inspection for main welding lines.
Impeller blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding to eliminate welding stress.
Epoxy zinc-rich painting, 2*2 with 140μm. Nice appearance and good gloss.

Spreader:
Normally, the Double Girder Overhead Electromagnetic Crane is going with the carrier beam, which is of fixed type, telescopic type, or rotating type, according to the different working request.
Electromagnet:
a) Principal. Based on the details of the lifting subject, we recommend the most suitable electromagnet for customers.
b) Magnetic regulating and Preserving Equipment. It’s a safety insurance system of rectification control system and power-off protection system. Normally, we could control the protection time after power off 15 min at least.
Application:
1. Light duty cranes for repair shops, light assembly operations, service buildings, light warehouses, where service requirements are infrequent.
2. Medium duty cranes for machine shops and general industrial use both indoor and outdoor application.
