Product Description
This product is mainly composed of electrical, metal structure, hoisting mechanism, slag dumping mechanism and running mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a reel and a coupling. The slag dumping mechanism is mainly composed of a hydraulic system, a dumping hook and the like. It is equipped with complete safety equipment, electric or manual rail clamps, anemometers, lightning rods, deflection adjustment devices and so on. The operation and lifting mechanism are all controlled by inverter and PLC. During work, the hook of the hoisting mechanism is lowered into the digging shaft, and the slag tank containing the slag is lifted out of the shaft. In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of the slag tank, the user is equipped with a wireless camera system, and the user can clearly see the ground. Happening. When the hook reaches the position where the slag is discharged from the well, the slag dumping mechanism starts working, the dumping hook hooks the tilting lifting lug of the slag tank, the main hook is lowered, and the tank body is tilted by its own weight to complete the slag discharging.
