Description and application:
Yasur convection oven is built with high-gauge stainless steel material. It works by circulating hot air around the oven's cavity, helping bread to bake faster and more evenly. It does this with the help of a fan and exhaust system that blows hot air around the bread. The oven has double layer glass door to hold heat and prevent scald. Air amperatures are reasonabily arrange in the chamber. Not only does this help bread to cook more evenly, but it also gives you a crispy result because there is less moisture collection. It is your ideal oven for baking croissant, pastries, cookies, pies etc. One-year limited warranty.
