the gear workblank, then after the sintering and polishing process we could get

The finished powder metallurgy product’s density is a little lower than the solid
metallic product, but the powder metallurgy product still has the good mechanical
properties. And the most important thing is that there are many very small holes
in the body of powder metallurgy product, so after the process of immersion oil
the the powder metallurgy product have good self-lubricating property.
There are nearly not any additional material loss during the production, so this
technology is the best saving-cost manufacture mode for mechanical products.
