Usually hard pressed 6061/T6 aluminum alloy is used for the frame which was qualified by National Center of Analysis and Testing for Nonferrous Metals and Electronic Materials. After wind test and destructive test by professional organizations, the aluminum structure was proved t be strictly conducted in EU quality control standards. Roof covers and sidewalls are made of flame retardant double PVC coated polyester textile strictly based on the European standard DIN 4102B1, M2 while is has features of waterproof and UV protected.
We can manufacture various dimensions of hangar tens according to the different size of aircraft. The main features of the frameworks is that it can be designed specially based on height to configure PVC textile. Large span flexible lifting doors and sandwich panel walls are also available for the hangar tent as special requirements.
