Sinohone ADSS optical cable consists of loose tube, metallic central reinforcer, full-filled get into SZ stranded cores, two-sided plastic-coated steel tape bonded PE sheath and self supporting steel strand.

Characteristics:

PE outer sheath for overhead power lines such as 10kv, 35kv.
AT outer sheath for power lines such as 110kv, 220kv.
The deliberate design of uses of aramid yarn can satisfy the demands on the conditions, such as climate, various spans and sag etc.
Good performance of tensile strength and temperature.
Small diameter and lighter of the cable reducing the loss caused by ice and wind on the towers and supporting structures.

Low optical fiber transmission loss and low dispersion.
Endow cables with excellent mechanical properties and environmental performance due to reasonable design and precise control over excess length of optical fibers in loose tube and cabling mode.
Keep structure compact, and protect the cable from stress under hostile environment by use of SZ stranded structure.
Fill waterproof cable gel outside the reinforcer and inside cores, ensuring its moisture proof and water proof effect.
Provide more excellent moisture proof effect as well as bullet proof function as the cores are wrapped longitudinally by steel tape.
The steel strand as the self supporting member meets the higher tensile strength.
