1 Application
This equipment is suitable for the high temperature quenching heat treatment such as the tool steel, high speed steel, die steel, cutting tool, high strength gong makes.
2 Main technical parameters
(1)Equipment basic structure
DM serious embedded type three-phase electrode salt bath furnace is of cuboid structure. The shell is formed by the angle steel and the welding steel plate, welding the thick steel plate to make the liner. The liner adopts the salt slot, which made by the straight brick and the standard high alumina brick. The liner is mainly used to prevent the infiltration of salt bath into the thermal insulation layer and hoisted the damaged slot out easily when repairing the salt bath. Between the shell and the liner is filled with thermal insulation brick, silicate aluminum fiber and insulation powder.
(2)Furnace temperature control system
The control components adopt automatic temperature controller. The electric control cabinet is equipped with ammeter, voltmeter, and an electric control system .In the electric control cabinet is equipped with CDM10-250/3300 air switch, buttons, lights and other auxiliary appliance.
(3)Heating power: 55 KW,380V,50HZ.
(4)Salt bath groove size: L200×W200×H400 (mm)

Salt bath furnace refers to an industrial furnace that uses molten salt solution as heating medium to immerse the workpiece into the salt solution for heating (it can be heated in the salt solution by metal electrode). According to the working temperature of the furnace, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, barium chloride, sodium cyanide, potassium cyanide, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate and other salts are usually selected as the heating medium. The heating speed of salt bath furnace is fast and the temperature is even. The workpiece is always heated in the salt solution, and there is a layer of salt film on the surface of the workpiece when it is discharged, so it can prevent the surface of the workpiece from oxidation and decarburization. Salt bath furnace can be used for quenching, annealing, tempering, cyanidation, aging and other heat treatment heating of carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, die steel and aluminum alloy. It can also be used for less oxidation heating of steel precision forging. The steam of the heating medium of the salt bath furnace is harmful to human body and must be ventilated during use.
