The fertilizer rotary drum dryer is mainly used for drying the compound fertilizer production in a certain temperature and grain size of the fertilizer.

Working principle:
The organic fertilizer dryer can directly dry up to 70% - 80% of the water content of poultry and livestock manure at one time to 13% of the safe storage water. The whole process is carried out in a closed system, thus reducing the environmental pollution during the drying process. The equipment is mainly composed of heat source, feeding machine, feeding machine, rotary drum, discharging machine, material crushing device, induced draft fan, discharger and power distribution cabinet; After the dehydrated wet material is added into the dryer, the material is evenly distributed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air under the overturning of the uniformly distributed plate reader in the drum, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of drying. During the drying process, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve at the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined plate reading and the hot gas.
