Working principle of organic fertilizer equipment cooler:
1. The belt pulley is driven by the motor and transmitted to the driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body to work in opposite directions.
2. The material is added from the feeding end, and the air flow inside the cylinder is accelerated under the suction of the internal induced draft fan (used together with the machine) of the cylinder. The lifting plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder constantly turns up the material, so as to achieve the goal of uniform cooling.
3. The cooled material flows out of the outlet.
