Drum granulator is a kind of forming machine that can make materials into specific shapes. The rotary drum granulator is one of the key equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, which is suitable for the large-scale production of cold and hot granulation and high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizer. The main working mode is wet granulation. The basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder through water or steam. Under the liquid phase condition, with the help of the rotation of the cylinder, the material particles are squeezed and agglomerated into balls.

1. The balling rate is up to 80%, there is a small amount of returned material, and the returned material has small particle size, which can be re pelleted;
2. The steam is used for heating to increase the material temperature, so that the water content of the material after pelleting is low and the drying efficiency is improved;

Working principle of drum granulator:
The working principle of this series of drum granulator is that the main motor drives the belt and pulley, and the reducer drives the belt and pulley to the driving shaft. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the large gear ring fixed on the machine body to work in opposite directions. The material is added from the feeding end and passes through the inner part of the barrel. It is made into particles by the special structure inside the cylinder, and then flows out through the outlet. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, mass production can be realized.
