Working process of vertical crusher: the material enters from the feed inlet and collides with the high-speed rotating chain hammer in the shell. In this way, the material will become powder after several times of impact and be discharged from the lower part.
The structure of vertical crusher is composed of shell, shaft seat, main shaft, chain hammer, chain hammer bracket, motor and other parts. The power coupling drives the main shaft to rotate. The main shaft has bearings. The bearings are installed on the upper end of the shell. The main shaft is equipped with chain hammer and chain hammer bracket. The feeding hopper is installed on the upper part of the shell. In order to facilitate the loading and unloading of chain hammer, the shell is opened with a valve for easy disassembly and maintenance.
