The fertilizer roller squeezing granulator is a machine that rolls materials through a pair of relatively rotating squeezing rollers to form particles of the required size. During the extrusion process, the material that has been crushed forms a sheet shape, which is then stirred and crushed by the wolf toothed roller in the crushing chamber. Finally, the required size of granular products are obtained through screening.

The raw material enters from the feeding hopper, extrudes through the mold shell above the 2 roller skins, and enters the crushing and forming module in the lower part of the roller body after demolding, crushing the whole sheet of granule plate into loose granules flowing out of the machine. The pellets are in the shape of flat balls, similar to apricot kernels. The size of the pellet is determined by the size of the mold, and the mold can be customized.

Unsuitable materials: high moisture and high viscosity materials are easy to stick to the roller skin when extruding, which causes the phenomenon of off-roller, so it is not applicable.
