Shenzhen HengTongDa Communication Equipment Limited Company (HTD) is an innovative high-tech corporation focusing on optical fiber communication components’ R&D, manufacture, and sales. Company has over-thirdteen-year experience in fiber optic components production.
With over 5,000-meter-square production area and 200 employees, HTD mainly produces various types of fiber optic patch cord/jumper, pigtail, adapter, fast connector, etc. Our annual production capability of fiber optic patch cord/jumper is over 10,000,000 pieces. Pigtail's yearly production capability is over 20,000,000 pieces.
As a large scale manufacturer, HTD accepts OEM service and has produced large number of OEM order in the past. HTD strictly follows clients' requirement in each order and satisfy their demand. We own over 10 production lines; each line has average of 15 workers.
Production line consists of pretreatment, cutting, stripping, curing, grinding, assembling, testing and packaging generally. Different products may have different production flow. | Our Team: | HTD’s core team includes R&D, production, marketing and customer service. R&D department is responsible for company’s core technology and patents. Production department produces customers’ orders. Quality control is a sub division under this department. Marketing department promotes company through online and offline ways. It develops potential clients. Customer service department takes care of customers’ need before, during, and after the sale.
HTD now has more than 150 employees. 80% of them earns college degree. We have more than 40 managers and technicians. We also invite international and domestic experts in fiber optic communication industry as our development consultant. |

| Service: | As a large scale original manufacturer, HTD accepts OEM service requirement. More than half of our past orders contains OEM service. HTD has a great deal of experience in this. If you want to reqeust OEM service, please inform us beforehand. Except OEM service, HTD also accepts clients’ customization in product itself. Usual product customization includes cable color, aramid yarn material, and sheath material. Cable Color If clients do not have demand, our cable colors go with usual ones. If clients have special demand, we can customize cable color. Clients need to provide color code to ensure color's exactness. Aramid YarnIf client does not have specific requirement in aramid yarn, we usually use nylon which is not flame retardant. If client wants aramid yarn material to be flame retardant, we can use Kevlar instead. Inner/Outer SheathIf client does not have specific requirement in sheath, we usually use PVC which is not flame retardant. If client wants sheath material to be flame retardant, we can use LSZH instead. Product ParameterIf client does not have specific requirement in product performance parameters, we will follow the normal standard. If client has specific requirement, such as “tensile value has to be greater than 70 (normally is 50)”, client has to inform us clearly beforehand. We will strictly follow clients’ demand to produce their order. In addition to the above, if client has demand in other customized conditions (package / logo etc.), we can communicate beforehand and satisfy your demand in our best. |
