Optical Inspection Instrument ZKTD-FLM22 Full Automatic Digital Focus Meter
This fully automatic digital focus meter can measure the lens and camera lens with high accuracy, including effective focal length, radius of curvature, back focus intercept and other parameters. It also has testing functions such as window parallelism, plane wedge angle and so on. The effective focal length measurement is carried out by the software through the image processing control motion module to automatically find the best focal plane position, which ensures the measurement accuracy and frees the operators to the greatest extent; For the measurement of curvature radius and back focus intercept, the scanning process is also driven by software automatic analysis to find two optimal image plane positions respectively, and the distance is accurately measured by high-precision grating ruler. It not only improves the test efficiency, but also makes the test results more objective and not affected by human factors. The final test results are saved directly in a spreadsheet.
