This NIR Optical Plastic Sorting Machine is equipped with advanced and specialized color selection detection algorithm software, which is specifically designed for different materials to meet the selection requirements of materials of different shapes and colors. And the color selection detection algorithm software specially is designed for rice accurately realizes signal conversion to ensure effective rejection of tiny lesions and light yellow particles.
Feature
This NIR Optical Plastic Sorting Machine uses high-end embedded processor chip, which effectively improves the control speed and color selection accuracy. And the high-speed DSP digital image processing technology makes sure that the detection speed is faster and recognition rate is higher.
This machine adopts high-pixel image sensor, equipped with high-speed automatic identifying and analysing system, it can sort needed material from rejected one, so that material quality is greatly promoted.
Sorting Result
Material goes through hopper into the machine, shaken by the vibration device, the material slides through distributing box, an then pass through detector and background board.
Under the light resource, the light sensor receives compound light from the material, and the system sends out signals, driving the movement of the ejection valve, and remove off color material to the eject chamber. Accepted material freely falls down to the finished-product chamber, so that the material is precisely sorted.
