CAT.6A UTP Slim Patch Cable is a Category 6A unshielded twisted pair cable that supports data transmission rates of up to 10Gbps, with a bandwidth frequency of 500MHz, enabling high-speed data transmission within a distance of 100 meters. Compared to traditional CAT.6A cables, Slim Patch Cable has a finer wire diameter. Usually, regular CAT.6A cables use 24AWG wire gauges, while Slim CAT.6A cables generally use 28AWG wire gauges, which means that the diameter of Slim CAT.6A cables is significantly smaller than that of regular CAT.6A cables. The outer diameter of Slim CAT.6A cables is about 3.8mm, while the outer diameter of regular CAT.6A cables is about 6.1mm, almost reducing the size by 40%. Due to its finer design, Slim CAT.6A cables take up less space, which can improve airflow and equipment cooling in data centers.
