Okstar develops to be a large supporting factory with rented workshops of 20 mu and purchased large factory of 28 mu and an enterprise with assets of more than RMB 200 million from a rented small workshop with only 100 m2 area and RMB 200,000 fund for innovation startup.

Warranty:
· Limited 8-year warranty on posts.
· Limited 2-year warranty on moving parts and bearings.
· Limited 1-year warranty on any rubber or plastic parts.
· Limited 5-year warranty on paint against rust.
All warranties cover failure due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents caused by normal use, or any normal level of rusting due these.
Warranty is only valid if the equipment is installed and maintained in conformity to Okstar’s installation and maintenance procedures furnished by Beijing Okstar Sports Industry Co.,Ltd
Support:
Upon written notification to Okstar of a product’s failure to conform to any the aforementioned warranties during the applicable period, Okstar shall ship the required part(s) to the client free of charge, but will not responsible for providing the labor of cost of labor for removing defective part(s) or installing replace part(s). Okstar’s will warranty the replacement part(s) for the balance of the original warranty period.
Notes:
Our products have been carefully designed under National Standard (NSCC)to ensure safe、efficient long term operation. However, it must be realized that safe use of the equipment requires users to carefully read and follow Okstar’s use method and warnings.
We will offer the spare parts to replace the broken ones at no charge within one year from the date of the original shipment, and will charge it for the cost out of one year.
