YHCB Series Bare Circular Arc Gear Oil Transfer Pump For Oil Tank Truck
YHCB series of circular gear oil pump is mainly used in conveying viscosity at 5 ~ 1500cSt and temperature does not exceed 80 ℃,non-corrosive liquid without solid particles, such as gasoline,kerosene,diesel oil and mechanical lubricating oil, also can be used in hydraulic transmission system. According to customer needs different material of main components of the pump can be chosen , conveying appropriate concentration of acid, alkali, benzene, toluene, acetylene, alcohols, alkene, esters, Ketones and all kinds of chemical medium.
YHCB oil circular gear pump adopts double circular gear, is the new product of industrial oil demand development, special energy-efficient gear pump.It has the advantage of high efficiency and saving energy properties,large flow,high head of delivery,small volume,low noise,and low input transmission speed,strong self-priming performance,easy installation and maintenance,etc.

Trouble shooting
At start-up
Check pump rotation is correct (2-3 seconds).
Check flushing liquid to seal or gland is available at the pump.
Check for alignment and a dust free coupling.
