RY Series High Temperature Energy-saving Hot Oil Transfer Pump Electric Single Stage Centrifugal Hot Oil Pump
RY Series High Temperature Air Cooled Hot Oil Transfer Pump is mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquid without solid particles. It is an ideal circulating pump with temperature ≤350°C.
RY Series High Temperature Air Cooled Hot Oil Transfer Pump basic structure of the RY type heat transfer oil pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever type foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axially sucked, the outlet is centered vertically upward, and the motor is mounted on the base.
The support of the RY Series High Temperature Air Cooled Hot Oil Transfer Pump adopts the structure supported by the double-end ball bearing. The front end is lubricated with lubricating oil, the rear end is lubricated with grease, and the middle part has a guide oil tube for observing the sealing condition and recovering the heat transfer oil at any time. The self-heating heat dissipation structure changes the traditional water cooling structure, so that the structure is simple, the volume is small, the operation cost is saved, the performance is good, and the use is reliable.
RY Series High Temperature Air Cooled Hot Oil Transfer Pump , (1) combined with packing seal and mechanical seal, high temperature resistant packing for packing seal, good thermal adaptability, and mechanical seal with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance The alloy material ensures the sealing performance under high temperature conditions. (2) The third-generation PTFE (abbreviated as PTFE) is used as the lip seal to improve the sealing and corrosion resistance.
