Product Usage
Empty food can used to pack biscuit,cookies,honey/candy,cashew,chocolate,seaweed and protein powder etc. It is portable, convenient, sanitary. So it is wide used in recent years.
All raw materials are safe food grade.
No contamination to food.
Different contents will be coated differently.
It can be customized about its Size & Inner Coating & Logo & Printing & Appearance etc.
We pay attention to every little detail in the production process.
The empty tin can will pass several processes to ensure the empty can will be seamless, anti-leakage, stainless.
After wilder process, the side seam of the empty can will be coated. Then the empty can will be dried for the first time.
After that, the empty can will pass necking,flanging, rolling and sealing process. The internal of the empty can will be full blasted to ensure it will be anticorrosive.
Then the empty can will be dried for the second time. After dried process, all the cans will be inspected.
Manufacturing Process
1. Product briefing to ensure all heads of department know client’s expectations, specially requests and a strict production timetable.
2.Prepare the materials by cutting coil into machine-fit-size tinplate sheets.
3.Design department to confirm and prepare artwork. And Do a mock-up first.
4.Printed metal sheets will be slit into different sizes as per product dimension. Slit sheets are ready to be made into fancy cans.
7.The can goes through welding & coating & drying & necking & flanging & rolling & sealing & checking & blasting & drying & packaging etc processes.

A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present,finally we will discuss and completely compensate all your loss.
