Structure
Double lip design: double lip structure is adopted. The main lip is in direct contact with the rotating shaft, forming a tight seal and preventing oil leakage. The secondary lip plays a dustproof role, effectively blocking dust and impurities.
Material
Rubber Material: Sealing lips are mainly made of high quality rubber such as Nitrile (NBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM) NBR has good oil resistance and heat resistance up to 120°C. FKM has excellent heat resistance up to 250°C and excellent oil resistance.
Application
TB type oil seals are mainly used for sealing rotating shafts of mechanical equipment, such as gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders and motors. It can effectively prevent oil leakage and keep the equipment running smoothly.
