Black Mechanical Seals Double Lip Oil Seal For Temperature Environments
Structure
Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
Nitrile rubber have the following main features:
Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil, when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil medium, it can maintain good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
Good wear resistance: it can work for a long time under the environment with certain friction, and when contacting with the rotating shaft, the wear-resistant characteristic can reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the oil seal.
Wide temperature adaptability: it can work in a wide range of temperature, but too high temperature will affect its performance, the general working temperature is often between -40℃ - 120℃.
Good elasticity: it can closely fit on the shaft, and has certain self-adaptation and compensation ability for the eccentricity and vibration of the shaft, so as to ensure the sealing effect.
FKM rubber oil seal has the following main features:
Excellent temperature resistance: FKM rubber's high temperature resistance is outstanding, TC type FKM rubber oil seals can work effectively in a wide temperature range from -26°C to 250°C.
Good chemical resistance: highly resistant to a variety of chemicals such as oil, fuel, solvents, etc., and can maintain stable performance in harsh chemical environments.
Strong elasticity and self-lubrication: good elasticity, can closely fit the shaft, the shaft eccentricity, vibration and other self-adaptive and compensating ability; special self-lubricating structure can reduce the friction, further extend the service life.
High durability: strong material, can be exposed to a variety of environmental factors over a long period of time to maintain a good state, suitable for demanding, long-term stable operation of equipment and systems.
Good aging resistance: Stable molecular structure, excellent aging resistance, no significant performance degradation after prolonged use, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
