Product Description
Function:The main function of EC oil seal standard parts is sealing, with a wide range of applications, such as automobiles, electrical appliances, doors and windows, etc. EC oil seal standard parts are resistant to high temperature and high pressure resistance. Reducer end cap oil seals are mainly used for the orifice, core and bearing of oil seals. Especially on gearboxes, it is often used as a substitute for end flanges or end caps. The rubber layer at the outer diameter ensures that the oil seal seat does not leak oil, and also enhances the neatness and aesthetics of the box.
There are many kinds of materials for EC oil seals, and the common ones are as follows:
Nitrile rubber (NBR): It has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and bonding performance, and can resist the erosion of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other media to a certain extent, and it is suitable for the working temperature range of - 40℃-120℃, and the cost is relatively low, so it is one of the commonly used materials for EC oil seals.
Fluorine rubber (FKM): It has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, high temperature, chemical corrosion and atmospheric aging, and can withstand a temperature range of - 20℃-300℃, and can be used in some high temperatures, strong chemical corrosion and other harsh environments, but the price is relatively high, and the cold resistance and abrasion resistance are relatively weak.
