Information Of Materials
Here are many kinds of materials for EC oil seals, and the common ones are as follows:
Nitrile rubber (NBR):
It has good oil resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and bonding performance, and can resist the erosion of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other media to a certain extent, and it is suitable for the working temperature range of - 40℃-120℃, and the cost is relatively low, so it is one of the commonly used materials for EC oil seals.
Fluorine rubber (FKM):
It has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, high temperature, chemical corrosion and atmospheric aging, and can withstand a temperature range of - 26℃-250℃, and can be used in some high temperatures, strong chemical corrosion and other harsh environments, but the price is relatively high, and the cold resistance and abrasion resistance are relatively weak.
