Information
EC type oil seal is a key component in mechanical equipment. Structurally, it is designed with a rubber-coated metal backbone. In terms of materials, common rubber materials include Nitrile Rubber (NBR), which offers excellent oil resistance and durability for most general industrial applications. Fluorine rubber (FKM) is another option, known for its excellent resistance to high temperatures, oils, and chemicals, making it ideal for harsh operating environments.
Uses: Mostly used in gear box and reducer housings to prevent dust and dirt from invading the moving parts. It can also be used in orifices and core ports as well as bearings of oil seals of hydraulic equipment such as engineering machinery, injection molding machinery, industrial industrial machinery, hydraulic presses, forklifts, cranes, crushing hydraulic hammers and so on.
