Rubber Oil Seal NBR FKM O Rings Food Grade Silicone Seal Ring
Nitrile rubber have the following main features:
Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil, when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil medium, it can maintain good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
Good wear resistance: it can work for a long time under the environment with certain friction, and when contacting with the rotating shaft, the wear-resistant characteristic can reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the oil seal.
Wide temperature adaptability: it can work in a wide range of temperature, but too high temperature will affect its performance, the general working temperature is often between -40℃ - 120℃.
Good elasticity: it can closely fit on the shaft, and has certain self-adaptation and compensation ability for the eccentricity and vibration of the shaft, so as to ensure the sealing effect.
FKM rubber oil seal has the following characteristics:
Excellent temperature resistance: FKM rubber's high temperature resistance is outstanding, TC type FKM rubber oil seals can work effectively in a wide temperature range from -40°C to 250°C, and can be adapted to high-temperature environments such as automobile engines, aerospace and other high-temperature environments.
Good chemical resistance: highly resistant to a variety of chemicals such as oil, fuel, solvents, etc., and can maintain stable performance in harsh chemical environments, can be used in petrochemical, chemical processing and other fields.
Outstanding sealing: double lip design, the main lip to prevent oil leakage, the secondary lip to prevent dust, impurities and other pollutants from entering, can provide good sealing effect in a variety of environmental conditions.
Strong elasticity and self-lubrication: good elasticity, can closely fit the shaft, the shaft eccentricity, vibration and other self-adaptive and compensating ability; special self-lubricating structure can reduce the friction, further extend the service life.
