SC TYPE

1. Rubber body: commonly used nitrile rubber (NBR), fluorine rubber (FKM) and so on. Nitrile rubber has good comprehensive performance and low cost; fluorine rubber has outstanding high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.
2. Steel skeleton: carbon steel or stainless steel is mostly used. Carbon steel has high strength and low cost; stainless steel has better corrosion resistance and is suitable for harsh working environments.
3. Clamping spring: generally used stainless steel spring steel, with high strength, high elasticity and good corrosion resistance, can ensure that the spring does not fail in long-term use.

Material Characteristics

NBR oil seals mainly have the following characteristics:

1. Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil, when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil medium, it can keep good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
