Automatic Fire Fesistant Oil Purification Machine With Interlocked Protective System
Application:
Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this machine can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid,pigment, gas, water and particles. This machine body uses the special metal materials which are compatible with fire-resistant oil,combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil achieve new fire-resistant oil properties. Series DFR used to regenerate and purify fuel-resistant hydraulic oil specially used for large and medium sized power plants over 300 thousand KW. Taking the characteristic of phosphate ester into consideration, it uses stainless steel and special airproofmaterial to ensure non-leakage, non-second pollution.It is designed to treat and regeneratefire-resistant hydraulic oil in big and medium-size thermoelectric generator system..
Features:
○ Stainless steel and special airproof material to ensure non-leakage and non-erosion.
○ It is designed for phosphate ester. Low temperature operation and total physical purification will not bring about any additional damage. The absorption function can highly reduce operating cost.
○ It is light and easy to move. It can filter online as well as switch moving.
○ It is a multi-function purifier and has the ability to remove gas water, impurity, bubbles and acid as well as break emulsion.
○ It is highly automatic and has high pressure protection, infrared liquid level control system, chain alarms and online operation,safe and easy.
