Stainless Steel Vacuum Oil Purifier For Phosphate Ester Fire Resistant Oil
Application:
Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this machine can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid,pigment, gas, water and particles.
This machine body uses the special metal materials which are compatible with fire-resistant oil,combinedwith technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil achieve new fire-resistant oil properties. Series DFR is the necessary purifying equipment for the sectors which use fire-resistant oil, it can be online working and oil-filling.
Features&Advantages:
1. Use of special metal material compatible with fire-resistant oil, combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent
2. Stainless steel machine body, pipes and filtering components, reliable, anti-corrosion, durable.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technologywith unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components to effectively remove water, gas, particles and volatile matter.
4. Advanced medium cooling system
5. Separate large mount of water and also remove micro amount of water from oil.
6. Special film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enables quick demulsifying and make the turbid and emulsified oil clear.
7. The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of lifetime service(above 20 years), which avoids the periodic demulsifying filter replacement and also reduces the cost of purification and work intensity.
8. With strong impurities removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large mount of impurities. Large area deep level precision filtration material can remove the granules from the oil, serving as displacement of oil system cleaning device, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to within the “Serving Steam Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard”.
9. High automation, small size, safe and reliable. The machine adopts infrared liquid level automatic control device to achieve the man-machine detachment, which makes the operation simpler and more reliable.
