Application:
Series DFR fire-resistant oil purifier is especially designed for phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, this machine can treat and regenerate the degenerative fire-resistant oil, removing acid,pigment, gas, water and particles. This machine body uses the special metal materials which are compatible with fire-resistant oil,combined with technologies of vacuum dewatering, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent to ensure treated oil achieve new fire-resistant oil properties. Series DFR is the necessary purifying equipment for the sectors which use fire-resistant oil, it can be online working and oil-filling.
DFR series oil purifier are also suitable for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil,machine oil,coolant oil and various other lubrication oil.Most of breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water,gas,impurities etc.LV series can rapidly remove water,gas,particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.

1) Using stainless steel material and special sealing material which are compatible with fire-resistant oil.
2) Vacuum dehydration technology, multi-stage filtration system and new adsorbent
3) Duplex stereo flash evaporation technology can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas, particles and volatile matter

6) Advanced medium cooling system
7) Efficient heating system to make heating uniformity and decrease power consumption of purifier.
8) Interlocked protective system to connect oil pump, heater and liquid level controller to improve work efficiency of the purifier. If there has any fault, this oil cleaning machine will be power off automatically.
9) Installing the oil-level floating ball and double-infrared liquid level automatic controller to control the oil level and avoid the oil leaking
