Series LVP vacuum Lubricating oil purifier has perfect capability of removing impurities, gas, water and doing deep precision filtering. It can improve properties of lubricating oil, such as viscosity and flash point. After purification by this oil purifier machine, the oil can be reused in various industrial equipment and reduce ecological disposal problems.Series LVP vacuum lubricating oil purifier is used to purify and recover various industrial lubricating oils such as hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil, coolant oil, gear oil, mechanical oil, heat treatment oil, quench oil, etc…
Our LVP Series oil purifier & filtration machine is used for cleaning and filtering the various types of hydraulic oil and other industrial lube oils such as gear oil, compressor oil, coolant oil, etc.. used in the power generation, hydraulic system, machinery, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields.
This machine can effectively purify hydraulic oils at grade ISO – VG – 46, 68, 100, etc… by reducing the water content from 2000 ppm down to 10 ppm and separates (removes) the free water, sludge, gas content and carbon from Lube oil & hydraulic oil.
Series LVP vacuum lubricating oil purifier is widely applied in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway etc. And it is the most reliable, versatile, durable, and user-friendly purification systems in the industry nowadays.
Feature:
◆ Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. fault alarm, power off automatically.
◆ Unique and high capacity dehydration, degasification and demulsifying system, which adopts stereo-evaporating technology, enabling fast removal of large water, gas and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.)
